Mary Saloniklis (Managing Director)Mary's qualifications: - Bachelor of Arts (Major in Psychology) Mary's experience includes: Commencing within the Rehabilitation Industry in 1989, she started MS Vocational Services (now MSVS Consultancy) in 2002. Mary is the Director of MSVS Consultancy, which employs 13 people and operates out of new premises at 75 Henley Beach Road Mile End. Rachel Finney (Workplace Rehabilitation Provider) Rachel's qualifications: - Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement) Rachel's experience includes: Rachel commenced in the Rehabilitation Industry in 2001 and has specialized in assisting individuals with long-term,complex injuries. She has previously assisted rehabilitation companies with quality assurance and consistently looks at ways to improve return-to-work services. Rachel joined MSVS Consultancy in2007, and has a strong background in placing job seekers into new employment.She has a range of employer networks, and her ongoing communication with these agencies has enhanced a positive return to work process. Rachel has also been involved with educating employers with the benefits of taking on injured workers in the workplace, and works with both registered employers andself-insured. Claire Young (Workplace Rehabilitation ProviderClaire's qualifications: - Bachelor in Behavioural Science (Psychology) - Diploma in Language (Spanish) - TESL (Teaching English has a Foreign Language) Claire's experience includes: Claire began work with MSVS Consultancy in early 2010 and is a registered Workplace Rehabilitation Provider with WorkCover SA. Claire is recognised for her work with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) clients, both in Australia and overseas. She has taught English in Spain for three years at the Euro-English Language Centre and through her work with the centre; has gained extensive experience, from basic through to advanced tutoring. Job Seeking, CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse), and Pre-Injury files have all been successfully undertaken by Claire, she also volunteers with the Australian Refugee Association where she works as a family support for refugee families from Afghanistan. Cara Ziegeler (Workplace Rehabilitation Provider Cara's qualifications: - Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) Cara's experience includes: Cara commenced work with MSVS Consultancy in 2008. Cara is currently working with CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) clients undertaking the Intensive English and job-seeking skills program developed by MSVS Consultancy. She has helped clients to identify job goals, undertake training and job-seeking activities to assist with securing employment in different jobs. Working with clients with psychological disabilities and assisting with successful return to work or restoration to the community is an area that Cara has a strong interest in. She has experience assisting clients with active job-seeking skills, such as developing resumes, writing application letters, addressing selection criteria, interview skills and techniques. Cara is also currently undertaking the role of Project Coordinator for the "Re-Invent Yourself...Life After Injury Program" in conjunction with Alchemy Training, and funded by the RTW Innovation Fund. She has recently been appointed Business Support Officer, assisting MSVS Consultancy with developing and maintaining quality assurance, continuous improvement, policies and procedures. Christine's experience includes: Christine commenced within the rehabilitation industry in 1990, joining MSVS Consultancy in late 2009. Her extensive background within the Rehab Industry allows her to bring a depth of knowledge to her role as Principal that is reflected in her professional approach. Christine has a ten year history with another provider where she worked as a Team Leader,Supervisor and more recently as General Manager. She has also worked in Hong Kong facilitating vocational skills training for English speaking adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. She has a particular interest in providing services for people experiencing workplace psychological injury, and has the ability to successfully manage complex and chronic claims.
